Rates are for up to 4 people per week. Each additional adult or any child over 16 years $100 per week.
Each additional child of the age of 16 years or under $50 per week
Electric Costs will be charged as used
Add 11% Florida sales tax + $150 end cleaning fee to ALL rates.
20% Deposit necessary for booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
$300 Security Deposit
